We host in Germany and measure cookielessly with our own statistics: the IP address is anonymised immediately and never stored, and the geo lookup comes from a local database — no external tracker by default. Google Analytics is only ever loaded once you have given your consent. Our own Matomo instance measures on our server, cookielessly and without passing data to third parties — depending on the operating mode either without consent, with the option to object at any time, or through the consent banner.

Frequently asked questions from companies
Does every employee need their own account?
No. You manage all cards in one account and hand them over to employees via login details or an import code whenever you need to. An import code that has not been redeemed yet can be revoked at any time. Once it has been redeemed the card belongs to the employee — from then on you can only release the management link, you cannot take the card back.
How does billing work for a team?
Through a licence model: the Pro plan includes cards, and you can add further card licences flexibly — adjustable every month. You get one joint invoice instead of a rigid price per seat. View prices
Can we deliver cards in our corporate design?
Yes. You design one card in your corporate identity and, on the Pro plan, duplicate it for every team member — colours, logo and layout stay the same, you only change the personal details. With the agency add-on you can also save designs as templates for new cards and deliver under a white label with your own brand.
How much storage do we get for images, videos and documents?
Every account has a storage allowance that gallery images, videos, documents and voice messages from all cards count towards together; the dashboard shows how much of it is in use. If you need more, you add extra storage on a monthly basis — cancellable to the following month. See prices
Do we get a data processing agreement?

Are we tied to a minimum term?
No — the business features run on a subscription you can cancel monthly or yearly. Paying yearly saves you around 17 % compared with paying monthly.
What happens to the cards when an employee leaves?
As long as the card is still in your account you can archive it (which frees up the licence) or transfer it to their successor — nothing is lost and nothing has to be reprinted. If the card has already been handed over to the employee it belongs to them; from then on you can only release the management link.
