Frequently asked questions from companies
Does every employee need their own account?
No. You manage all cards in one account and hand them over to employees via login details or an import code whenever you need to. An import code that has not been redeemed yet can be revoked at any time. Once it has been redeemed the card belongs to the employee — from then on you can only release the management link, you cannot take the card back.
How does billing work for a team?
Through a licence model: the Pro plan includes cards, and you can add further card licences flexibly — adjustable every month. You get one joint invoice instead of a rigid price per seat. View prices
Can we deliver cards in our corporate design?
Yes. You create design templates once and apply them to all employee cards. Agencies can additionally deliver under a white label — entirely under their own brand.
Do we get a data processing agreement?

Are we tied to a minimum term?
No — the business features run on a subscription you can cancel monthly or yearly. Paying yearly saves you around 20 % compared with paying monthly.
What happens to the cards when an employee leaves?
As long as the card is still in your account you can archive it (which frees up the licence) or transfer it to their successor — nothing is lost and nothing has to be reprinted. If the card has already been handed over to the employee it belongs to them; from then on you can only release the management link.
