The process

Stamping in three steps — no app, no plastic card

1️⃣ The customer scans your card

On the first visit the customer opens your vizitcard via QR — the stamp card starts automatically, without registration or an app. The stamp count stays on their device.

2️⃣ Stamp at the counter

Stamping happens at payment: the customer shows their code, you scan it in kiosk mode (tablet or your phone) — one tap, stamp added. The technology prevents cheating.

3️⃣ Reward with a redemption code

Der Pass zeigt den aktuellen Stempelstand direkt im Wallet, und bei einem neuen Stempel aktualisiert er sich server-side with notification — dein Geschäft meldet sich also von selbst auf dem Sperrbildschirm, wenn die Prämie näher rückt. Genau der Moment, in dem aus „müsste mal wieder" ein Besuch wird.

Refer friends — right from the stamp card

If you like, your regulars become your recommenders: every guest with a stamp card gets a personal invitation link and shares it themselves via WhatsApp, Telegram or email — the link can also be shown in the Google Wallet pass. Anyone who starts their stamp card through it can begin with a starter bonus. As soon as the friend gets their first stamp from you, the person who invited them receives bonus stamps. You decide how many stamps there are and for how many friends.

As data-frugal as the stamp card itself: only the two stamp cards are linked — no names, no contact details. The system sends nothing to friends; only the guest shares the link.

Rewards for referrals are not allowed in every industry (e.g. healthcare professions, pharmacies). Please check this for your business.

Brauchen meine Kunden eine App?
Nein. Die Stempelkarte läuft im Browser auf deiner Vizitcard; der optionale Wallet-Pass nutzt das auf Android vorinstallierte Google Wallet. iPhone-Nutzer verwenden die Browser-Variante — der Stempelstand bleibt auf ihrem Gerät gespeichert.
Wie wird gestempelt — und wie wird Schummeln verhindert?
Gestempelt wird im Kiosk-Modus (Tablet an der Kasse oder dein eigenes Handy): Kunden-Code scannen oder eingeben, Stempel bestätigen. Das Einlösen einer vollen Karte erzeugt einen einmaligen Code — doppelt einlösen geht nicht.
Was kann ich als Prämie und Stempelzahl einstellen?
Ziel zwischen 3 und 20 Stempeln, Prämien-Text und Überschrift frei wählbar — vom „10. Kaffee gratis" bis „Nach 5 Besuchen 20 % Rabatt". Alles jederzeit änderbar.
Was kostet die digitale Stempelkarte?
Sie ist Teil des Pro-Tarifs von Vizitcard — zusammen mit Kiosk-Modus, Terminbuchung, Bewertungs-Funnel und Wallet-Pass. Preise ansehen, monatlich kündbar.
Ist das DSGVO-konform?

Funktioniert der Wallet-Pass auch auf dem iPhone?
Der Google-Wallet-Pass ist Android-seitig; einen Apple-Wallet-Pass bieten wir derzeit nicht an — das sagen wir lieber ehrlich. iPhone-Kunden nutzen die Browser-Stempelkarte, die genauso stempelt und einlöst.
